显微镜下观察母乳乳汁是“活”的

　　一位新加坡的妈妈当自己刚刚挤出来的乳汁，放到显微镜下，放大1000倍之后发现：母乳中有很多游动的颗粒，是“活”的。

　　原来，母乳中含有脂肪球、乳铁蛋白、免疫细胞等物质，它们在乳汁中保持着活性，所以，用显微镜观察时，可以看到这些物质在游走。正是这些母乳中的活跃分子提供了婴儿成长必需的营养，也对孩子健康产生了奶粉难以企及的作用。

　　当我们把奶粉和母乳在显微镜下对比来看，会发现明显的差别。

　　配方奶中没有细胞，而母乳中有大量的白细胞和脂肪球。其中，白细胞可以增强孩子免疫力，而脂肪球有助于婴儿眼睛和大脑的快速成长。

　　看来，母乳确实是自然进化馈赠给婴儿的较好食物。

　　A Singaporean mother placed her freshly expressed breast milk under a microscope at 1,000x magnification and discovered many moving particles—it was alive.

　　It turns out that breast milk contains substances such as fat globules,lactoferrin,and immune cells,all of which remain active in the milk.When observed under a microscope,these components can be seen moving around.It is these active elements in breast milk that provide essential nutrients for infant growth and contribute to a baby's health in ways that formula milk cannot easily replicate.

　　When comparing formula milk and breast milk under a microscope,the differences are striking.

　　Formula milk contains no cells,while breast milk is rich in white blood cells and fat globules.White blood cells help boost a baby's immunity,and fat globules support the rapid development of an infant's eyes and brain.

　　Indeed,breast milk appears to be one of the best foods nature has evolved to offer newborn babies.
